I am second owner, but have not used this item myself. There is some yellowing along the front pocket's zipper. The top flap looks crooked when snapped closed. Both backpack straps are included. No shoulder/crossbody strap or change pad. There are a couple dirt marks that look like they will come out with a wash. Very little corner wear.
